How to Brew
- 4 grams per 8oz of water
- Bring fresh water to 190 degrees.
- Brew 3-4 minutes

Description
Think about candied hazelnuts, apricots, and nutmeg in a golden amber-colored beverage and Dragon Claw Oolong Tea is your brew. Because it is an oolong, it is partially oxidized by skilled tea farmers in Nepal who pick the leaves at the beginning of the harvest when the leaves are dark green. The skill of the grower is evident in taking the leaf to only 60% oxidation to bring you the perfect cup every time. Whether you are sipping on Dragon Claw Oolong tea as a brewed tea or creating cocktails this tea is a winner.

I tried their lapsang souchong and loved it! It was smooth and absolutely not bitter. They give you refrigerator magnet with instructions on the water temperature ideal for each type of tea so you never over heat your water. I also love their practice of sustainable sourcing and packaging.

I happened to be passing by the Symphony of Leaves pop-up shop in downtown Atlanta today on my birthday, when Renee invited me in for a cup of tea. I’m not a big tea drinker, but as today is my birthday, I decided to go in to the kind request. I had maybe the most delicious cup of tea I’ve ever had. It was naturally sweet and not bitter.
