First, thank you for ordering from us. We appreciate your patronage. We aim to fill all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. We use UPS - We are based in the Atlanta Metro. Their ground service is generally 3 business days. If there is an additional delay, we will be in contact with you to keep you updated as to when you can expect to receive your teas.

YIKES. We use UPS for shipping. Unfortunately missed deliveries happen. No worries, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with us. Please email me (renee.rubens@symphonyofleavestea.com) and I will immediately send a replacement order to you. If you then receive the initial package, enjoy more tea!

Some of our teas are organic. However, we focus on the quality of the tea. Our experience tells us that the best quality teas are not always organic.
