Elegant Pearls Tea is a hand-rolled green tea from the Sandakphu mountain region of Nepal.. The unique rolled shape gives the appearance of small pearls , especially when they are unfurling during steeping. The "tips of the leaves are white tips which contribute to the delicate appearance of the unopened tea buds. These teas are known for their floral aroma and delicate flavor profile.
Steeping Instructions:
4 grams per 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
Bring fresh water to 185 degree F
Steep tea for 3 minutes in a vessel that allows the leaves to completely unfurl
Good for 2 or 3 infusions, with each infusion revealing additional notes and characters of the tea
