This tea is made during the dry months in Thailand, when the nights are cool. It was created to capture the terroir of Thailand's floral gardens. While not technically an oolong, the processing is similar to that of a traditional Chinese oolong.

How to Brew

  • 4 grams per 8oz of water

  • Bring fresh water to 185 degrees

  • Brew 4 minutes

  • Good for 2 or 3 infusions
