Our Shipping Philosophy
At Symphony of Leaves Tea Co., each order is prepared with care and intention. Our teas are sourced globally, curated in small batches, and packaged to preserve freshness and quality. Shipping timelines reflect this thoughtful process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, special releases, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select destinations and collections and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer complimentary or promotional shipping. These offers will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Typical delivery windows within the United States range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected service.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or comparable services to ensure reliable delivery.
Once your order is in the care of the carrier, Symphony of Leaves Tea Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Symphony of Leaves Tea Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management as well.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will gladly assist in submitting a carrier inquiry when possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Seasonal & Temperature Considerations
Tea is a natural product and may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We recommend bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery to preserve freshness and quality.
