How to Prepare Yue Guang Bai Tea:
- 4 grams of tea for 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
- Bring fresh water to 170-175 degrees F
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Good for 2 – 3 infusions. With each infusion, the flavor profile changes, and you are likely to experience secondary and tertiary flavor notes
