Sencha Tea, often considered Japan's quintessential everyday tea, offers a beautifully balanced experience of taste and tradition. This sencha is sourced from a family-run farm near Mt. Fuji, where ethical farming practices and responsible
harvesting are a priority. Freshly picked leaves are immediately steamed, preventing oxidation and preserving their bold, vibrant green color and signature flavor. After steaming, the fine loose leaves are meticulously rolled, shaped, and dried, resulting in tea rich in natural antioxidants. When brewed, sencha has a strikingly green hue, accompanied by a blend of vegetal depth and gentle sweetness that makes it a refreshing daily indulgence.
