How to prepare Khumbu Valley Black Loose Leaf Tea
- 4 grams of tea for 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
- Bring fresh water to 200 degrees F
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Good for 2 - 3 infusions. With each infusion, the flavor profile changes and you    can experience secondary and tertiary notes
