How to prepare Khumbu Valley Black Loose Leaf Tea 

• 4 grams of tea for 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
• Bring fresh water to 200 degrees F
• Steep for 4 minutes
• Good for 2 - 3 infusions. With each infusion, the flavor profile changes and you    can experience secondary and tertiary notes
