Lac Hong Oolong tea, aka Eastern oolong, is the Vietnamese twin to Oriental Beauty. Like traditional Taiwanese processing, this tea is produced in the Hoàng Liên Sơn mountain range. With secondary and tertiary notes of rose, grape, pineapple and muscat grape this tea is highly aromatic and naturally. Eastern oolong tea, known for being "bug-bitten tea." It's rich and distinctive flavor profile is attributed to the tea cricket. The tea cricket bites the tea plant. The natural defense mechanism of the plant produces a hormone which makes the tea naturally sweet. From this is a naturally sweet oolong.

How to prepare Lac Hong Oolong Loose Leaf Tea
- 4 grams of tea for 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
- Bring fresh water to 185-200 degrees F
- Steep for 4 minutes
- Good for 2 - 3 infusions. With each infusion, the flavor profile changes and you can experience secondary and tertiary notes
