How to Prepare Shu Pu-erh

• 4 grams of tea for 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
• Bring fresh water to 200-210 degrees F
• Steep the first infusion for 4 minutes
• Good for 3 or 4 infusions. With each infusion, steep the leaves longer. The release of  different flavor notes from each infusion will ensure one of the more satisfying tea experiences from this prized tea.
