How to Prepare Sri Lankan Green Tea Cigars:
   1 tea cigar 8oz (240 ml) of fresh water
   Heat fresh water is heated to 170-180 degrees F
   Remove the string at the lower portion of the cigar. Steep tea cigar for 4 minutes 
   Enjoy 2 or 3 infusions.
